Steel City Staffing LLC is a for-profit employment staffing business located at 4444 Broadway, Suite 4A, Gary, IN 46408. Steel City Staffing, LLC was established in May 2019 by its owner and CEO Martina Montgomery.  

Steel City was named in honor of the many strong men and women who worked in the world-famous Gary Steel Mills and exemplified excellent work ethics and pride.

Steel city was founded as a proactive measure to help Indiana fulfill its predicted one million skilled jobs that will be available over the next 5 years. These openings will be in specific industries. The following industries are: Construction Trades, Manufacturing, Technology, Transportation and Warehousing.  Steel City Staffing LLC will recruit, train, prepare and place well qualified individuals in these areas to help meet this high demand. 

Steel City Staffing has its own training available for customer service, retail and other training.
