As a private employment agency, we make every effort possible to connect the right employees with the right employer. But we do not stop there. After we make the connection, we follow up with the employer and employee to see if any other help or training is needed. We don’t just want the numbers, we want success on behalf of the business, the employee, and this agency. We strive to promote and foster employee retention among the people we place.
